Returns & Refund Policy
European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you reside within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
This statutory right of withdrawal is available only to eligible EU consumers and is not subject to any restocking fee.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your withdrawal request before the 14-day period has expired.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Proof of purchase or your order number is also required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs, Customs Duties & Import Charges
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order, including but not limited to:
- Return shipping costs.
- Insurance costs (if applicable).
- Customs clearance fees.
- Import duties and taxes.
- Any other charges incurred during the return shipment process.
European Union Customers
For returns shipped from within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import charges will normally apply, as the return remains within the European Union customs territory.
Non-European Union Customers
Customers returning products from outside the European Union are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and other charges incurred when the returned package enters the Netherlands.
If Galactic Saber Store is required to pay customs duties, taxes, import charges, storage fees, brokerage fees, or carrier fees in order to receive the returned package, these amounts will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and all applicable customs-related charges have been determined and settled.
Failure to correctly declare a returned package or failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the return being refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Non-EU Returns & Restocking Fee
For customers outside the European Union, approved returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee calculated on the total order value.
This restocking fee does not apply to EU customers exercising their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@galacticsaberstore.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Blade Inspection, Diminished Value & Refund Deductions
All returned lightsabers, blades, and accessories are subject to inspection by Galactic Saber Store upon receipt.
Where a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, Galactic Saber Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the returned product.
During inspection, Galactic Saber Store may assess, among other things:
- Blade retention screw marks.
- Wear around blade retention points.
- Impact marks.
- Surface scratches.
- Dents, cracks, or deformation.
- Internal wear patterns.
- Damage resulting from dueling, improper use, modification, or handling.
- Any other visible or technical indication of use beyond ordinary inspection.
The determination of whether a product has been used beyond reasonable inspection shall be made by Galactic Saber Store based on the condition of the returned item.
Pixel Blade Deduction
Where a returned pixel blade shows signs of installation, use, dueling, impact damage, scratches, retention screw marks, or other indications of use beyond ordinary inspection, Galactic Saber Store reserves the right to apply a fixed deduction of €30 per blade from the refundable amount to reflect the reduction in resale value.
Refusal of Return Due to Excessive Use or Damage
If inspection reveals that a returned product has been used extensively, damaged, modified, altered, or otherwise handled in a manner that materially reduces its value or prevents resale, Galactic Saber Store reserves the right to refuse the return and deny any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Extensive dueling damage.
- Deep scratches, dents, cracks, or structural damage.
- Missing components or accessories.
- Unauthorized modifications or disassembly.
- Water damage.
- Excessive wear inconsistent with normal inspection.
In such cases, ownership of the product shall remain with the customer, and the customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment of the refused item.
Return Shipment Following Refusal
Where a return has been refused, Galactic Saber Store will notify the customer and provide the applicable return shipping costs.
The customer must arrange payment of the return shipping costs within thirty (30) calendar days of notification.
The refused item will be stored by Galactic Saber Store for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of notification.
If the customer fails to pay the required return shipping costs within this thirty (30) day period, the customer shall be deemed to have abandoned the goods. In such circumstances, Galactic Saber Store reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to dispose of, recycle, destroy, or otherwise retain the item without further liability or compensation to the customer.
Upon abandonment of the goods, the customer shall no longer be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, or return of the product.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items (EU & Non-EU Customers)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Special-order products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Perishable goods.
- Personal care products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund and post it to your account.
Any deductions for diminished value, customs duties, import charges, missing parts, damage, misuse, return-related costs, or applicable restocking fees will be clearly communicated before the refund is processed.
